The product is wonderful. Costumer service is very helpful. The delivery company is the only problem. We have had nothing but horrible things from OnTrak including $800 worth of damage to our well from a delivery driver who didn’t even have a driver’s license and spoke no English. Not from Dr Squatch delivery but seems like every delivery from everyone takes multiple attempts to get to us even though they said it was delivered. Not sure why any company would want to use them.
